It is my sincerely held belief that each and every person has a unique contribution to make to the world. And when people are only partly themselves - at work or anywhere else - the world misses out.
I work to change that.
I’m a senior executive turned org designer and executive coach, and a lifelong student of what helps people and organizations come alive. The development of ourselves and the people around us isn’t a nice-to-have, it’s essential.
When we’re fully alive, we gain access to our innate creativity and courage in a way that no framework, AI thread, or KPI can provide. We become more generous collaborators. More imaginative problem-solvers. More courageous leaders. More fully ourselves, and as a cosmic bonus - more personally fulfilled.

Much can get in our way: fear, unconscious patterns, outdated operating systems, power dynamics, competing demands, and ways of working that once made sense but no longer do. And as it turns out, helping leaders and teams do the best work of their lives, is the best work of mine.
