the impact
Below are a few stories from brave and inspiring clients
I've had the pleasure of working with over the years.

Tension in the SLT
Senior leaders are retiring and the next generation is stepping up, creating conflicting priorities in the C-Suite and complicating day to day operations. We got real about centering shared values over individual preferences, then created governance practices flexible enough for immediate adoption, and modifiable for the future.

Doing More With Less
After a 40% layoff threatened the organization’s survival, remaining staff faced a paralyzing combination of overwhelming work and devastating morale. We addressed organizational and human needs together, rebuilding the operating system for the business, and the capacity for people to experience joy at work again.

All Are Innovators
This organization wanted to activate creativity within an entire business unit while also instilling a new cultural expectation that everyone is an innovator. We delivered custom training on human-centered design for hundreds of employees, creating a shared set of practices and methods for turning ideas into new value.

Real Collaboration
Despite embracing the latest books and frameworks for collaboration, this team agreed they weren’t truly working well together. We designed a custom mix of off-sites, group and 1:1 coaching, and learning experiences to generate - and practice - new ways of collaborating that fit their specific needs and context.

Doubling Down on Development
This senior leadership team knew their respective technical expertise wasn’t enough to make them effective people leaders. They also knew their capacity to lead others well would directly shape individual and business performance. They retained me to coach the entire SLT, and and we’re now entering our sixth year together.

Starting Differently
With the opportunity to start something new, this leadership team made DEI and belonging foundational from day one. They designed work flows, governance, ownership, and revenue goals with unconscious bias in mind, adopting practices to regularly spot and address the dynamics they had committed to consciously disrupt.
